Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary feedback or materials.
  • Completed projects that have been approved or downloaded.
  • Services purchased at a discounted rate or marked as non-refundable.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@userheaven.com within 7 days of receiving your final deliverable. Provide a clear reason along with any evidence (e.g., screenshots, communication logs). We will review your case within 5 business days and respond with a resolution.
